Privacy Policy

• Scam reports: the platform, category, suspicious link/number/name, your description and any amount lost. Your email is optional.
• Scam alert emails: your email address, if you sign up in the footer.
• Website, company and phone checks: the item you check, used only to run that check. We don't save your searches.
• AI assistant: your messages are sent to our AI provider to produce an answer. We don't store conversations.
• Reviewer accounts: email and sign-in details for our moderation team only.

To review reports and publish verified scam warnings, send the alert emails you asked for, run checks, and keep the service secure. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Only reports approved by a reviewer are published. A published alert shows the title, description, platform, category, the suspicious target and risk level. Your email and amount lost are never published. Please don't include personal details such as your name, ID or account numbers in your description.

Our hosting and database provider stores reports and emails. AI answers and press-release drafts are generated by an AI provider. Website checks contact public internet services (DNS lookup, domain registration records) and the website being checked.

Published alerts stay up while they are useful to the public. Rejected reports and alert-email addresses are kept until you ask us to delete them.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete information you sent us, or to remove your email from alerts. Email onismotechlab@gmail.com and we'll respond as soon as we can.

Files you attach to a report (screenshots, receipts, voice notes) are stored privately and only our reviewers can open them. They are not shown to the public.
